What we do with what you send us.

This notice covers queno.org — the website you are reading. It does not cover the Queno ordering product used inside a restaurant, which is governed by the agreement between Queno and that restaurant.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your restaurant or café, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. There is no account to create and nothing else is requested.

What it does not collect

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies. This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you were not asked to accept any. Nothing you do here is profiled or shared with an advertiser.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use your message to reply to you and to talk about setting Queno up for your venue — a legitimate business interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and delete them within 24 months of the last exchange if nothing comes of it.

Who else sees it

Two processors, both acting only on our instructions: Resend, which delivers the form as an email to us, and Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps short-lived server logs containing IP addresses. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Where it goes

Both processors operate outside Egypt, so an enquiry you send is stored on servers abroad under those companies’ own transfer safeguards. If that matters to you, email us instead of using the form and we will keep the exchange to email alone.

What you can ask for

Write to hello@queno.org and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or a deletion. We will action it within 30 days, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date below. This version is current as of 6 September 2026.
